For the life of me I cannot figure out how Chris Smitherman was elected to city council. His statements in the enquirer today cleary demonstrate he is a racist as surely as the KKK are.

I agree with gae. If it wasn't for the fact that most crime is committed by black people, then black people wouldn't be highlighted so much. Geez, I wish people would quit making excuses for black folks and call a spade a spade (no pun intended).
